EBITDA

EBITDA is an acronym standing for earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization.  It is recognized as a measure of a business' cash flow from operations.  Cash flow is an important measure of a business' ability to meet it's financial obligations.  Strength in cash flow is a reflection of a business' financial health.
